Once you have decided on a venue and you have chosen your dress you will start to think about how you would like your hair and make up on the day. I can create many different looks from classic, chic, elegant and contemporary to the latest celebrity hair. Whatever you are after I will work with you to ensure that you look fabulous on your wedding day.
It is important to me to create a look that is personal to you. You will remember your wedding day for the rest of your life and therefore it is not only important that the photographs look great but that you feel special inside and most importantly you still feel you look like you!
By having a mobile hair stylist, I get to know more about you as a person before
the day when I do your hair trial and also you avoid all the rushing around visiting the local salon on the morning of the day as I can come directly to your home.
If you have a large wedding party (more than two bridesmaids and a bride) I would bring along another hair stylist to assist me so that we can ensure everyone’s hair is done in plenty of time.
On your wedding day I will meet you at your chosen venue or your home in plenty of time to style you for your perfect day. I will usually start with the Mother of the Bride followed by the Bridesmaids leaving you to last.
I will be on hand to help with placing any tiaras & veils and can also help with zipping & lacing dresses if need be.
I advise that a trial for Bridal hair is done at least 6-8 weeks before the wedding so that it allows us time to create the look that is right for you. A trial will normally last a couple of hours and I can try several different styles until you are completely satisfied you have the hairstyle you have always imagined for your special day.
At the trial it is helpful for me to see as many pictures of your dress, bridesmaid dresses, colour schemes, flowers, venue – everything so that I can get a clear impression of your individual tastes so that your & your bridesmaids hairstyles follow the same theme.
Being part of preparing for the best day of your life is a huge privilege for me and I will endeavour to do all I can to help the preparations in the morning go as smoothly as possible so that everyone is pampered and smiling with plenty of time!
